Where to Enter Promo Codes

Some promotions are applied automatically during the deposit process depending on campaign setup. If an offer is configured this way the bonus will appear in the deposit window for opt-in or be credited after a qualifying deposit. See terms in the deposit panel.
Promo Rules
Wagering requirements at Spy Casino set how many times bonus funds (and sometimes deposit amounts) must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering means the playthrough conditions attached to certain promotions — a multiplier (for example 35x) applied to the bonus or bonus+deposit that must be staked on eligible games before cashout is allowed.
What wagering means
Wagering is the number of times you must bet the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) before withdrawing. Simple math: bonus amount × wagering multiplier = total stake required. Follow the promo terms to know which balance counts.Game restrictions
Not all games count equally. Slots normally contribute most; table and live games often contribute less or are excluded. Check the bonus rules for eligible titles and contribution rates.Bet limits while wagering is active
Max bet rules prevent oversized bets during playthrough. Typical limits:- Max bet while wagering: NZ$10
- Some promos reduce max bet to NZ$2 or NZ$5
- High‑risk games may be blocked
Time limits and expiry
Bonuses usually include a timer. Use bonus funds before expiry or they’ll be voided. Examples:- Bonus valid 7–10 days
- Free spins expire in 24–72 hours
Note that wagering multipliers, bet limits and timers vary by promotion — always read the specific offer terms before you opt in.

Why a Promo Code Might Not Work
Sometimes a promo code at Spy Casino may not work. This short guide helps you spot common causes quickly and shows practical checks to try before contacting support. Follow the steps below to resolve most issues and get back to gaming with valid bonus credit or free spins.
Most common reasons a promo code fails
- Code expired or replaced by a rotated promo
- Incorrect code entry - extra spaces or wrong characters
- Eligibility rules - new customers only, country restrictions, or VIP-only
- Minimum deposit not met or excluded payment method (e.g. Neteller/Skrill)
- Code only valid on selected games or campaigns
- Account verification (KYC) required before bonus activation
Active bonus conflicts
If an existing bonus or free spins are active on the account a new code may be blocked. Only one promotional offer can run at a time for the same account, so finish or forfeit the current bonus before applying another code.Quick self-check before contacting support
- Re-type the code, remove spaces, check case
- Confirm expiry date and eligibility terms
- Use an accepted deposit method (avoid excluded e-wallets)
- Ensure minimum deposit (eg NZ$40) and correct currency
- Complete KYC if pending, or try incognito mode

- Try without depositing - No-deposit free spins or demo play. Use them on low-volatility slots to test games and site features.
